Job Summary

A financial services company is filling a position for a Remote Senior Human Resources Business Partner.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Contribute to organizational design as a part of acquisitions, reductions in force, and location strategy
• Facilitate HR discussions during manager and business team meetings to help align key business issues
• Apply a broad knowledge of HR practices and business needs to provide HR support in moderately to highly complex situations

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of HR business trends and objectives
• In-depth knowledge of federal and state employment laws
• Understanding of the business environment, preferably in the insurance and financial services industry
• Experience handling complex employee relations issues
• Experience participating in change initiatives
• Demonstrated initiative and willingness to take reasonable risks
