Core Responsibilities Include:
- Engaging with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies
- Providing management coaching to build leadership capabilities
- Leading strategy, structure and people organizational design and effectiveness
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s Degree or applicable corresponding service
- 5-7+ years human resources generalist/HRBP experience
- Ability to maintain composure in stressful situations
- Practical knowledge of labor, employment, EEO, and wage and hour labor laws
- Demonstrated working knowledge of all functional human resource disciplines
