Job Summary
A travel technology company is filling a position for a Remote Senior Human Resources Business Partner.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Conceptualize, implement, and design structural elements
- Channel change management expertise to craft plans and communication programs
- Mobilize knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 5+ years of experience specifically within an HR business partner, advisory, or consultancy capacity
- A scrappy, start-up mindset with an ability to leverage grit, passion, and an entrepreneurial spirit
- A pursuit for problem solving and an ability to deduce client issues and challenges
- Proven ability to drive projects end-to-end with a high degree of ownership and autonomy
- Ability to adapt to the needs of the organization and employees
