Job Summary

A software technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Human Resources Business Partner.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Providing strategic advice, counsel and consultative solutions to executives
  • Acting as the advocate for leading the talent management
  • Directing, developing and driving the Engineering business unit’s global workforce plan

Position Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required and 8+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience supporting SVP+ level
  • Experience supporting Engineers and Product Strategy teams
  • Experience supporting teams of 750+ employees
  • Experience working on a variety of HR functions
  • Experience coaching and mentoring others in an informal or formal setting
