Job Summary

A fitness mobile application developer has a current position open for a Remote Senior Human Resources Business Partner.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Proactively translate business needs and strategies into HR solutions
• Manage employee relations issues and conduct effective, objective investigations
• Analyze and interpret data to guide decision making and provide proactive solutions

Required Skills:

• 6+ years of progressively complex HR leadership experience within a rapidly growing organization
• Ability to manage complex projects across multiple departments
• Strategic thinker who can also execute on tactical necessities no task is too large or too small
• Experience leveraging HR metrics and data to facilitate, influence and drive people and business decisions
• Excellent people and communication skills with the ability to be transparent and direct
• Demonstrated business acumen with the ability to influence business partners at all levels
