Job Summary

A digital labor marketplace and workforce management solution is filling a position for a Remote Senior Human Resources Business Partner.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Be the dedicated business partner to our Sales and Marketing teams to help align and execute our people/business strategy
• Partner with and advise client groups on developing and implementing workforce planning strategies
• Develop strong relationships and an in-depth understanding of clients' businesses

Qualifications Include:

• Strong communication and influencing skills
• Strong organizational and business savvy which you use to problem-solve short and long-term issues
• Building HR programs to help the company scale processes and build an exceptionally high-performing culture
• Creating company and division-level talent strategies to manage complex organizational transformations
• Consulting and coaching executive-level leadership in managing sensitive HR issues, Talent strategy and planning
• Experience partnering with sales and support organizations
