A technology company is filling a position for a Remote Senior Human Resources Business Partner in Richmond.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Developing and implementing programs to promote employee engagement
- Leading change management efforts through business changes

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Strong HR knowledge, especially in areas of performance development and employee relations
- Bachelor's degree in business, human resources or relevant field
- Excellent communication - both verbal and written
- 7 - 10+ years of professional work experience in HR
- Excellent organizational skills
- Proven relationship-building skills
