An insurance broker is seeking a Remote Senior Human Resources Consultant in Des Moines.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- New business development and project management
- Working with clients to develop unique strategies as they relate to market comparisons
- Working on wage surveys, pay structure design, and performance management
