Job Summary
An energy company is filling a position for a Remote Senior Human Resources Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Conducting research and analysis of organizational trends
- Administering or overseeing the administration of human resource programs
- Planning, leading, developing, coordinating, and implementing policies, processes, training, initiatives, and surveys
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 5+ years of experience in Human Resources and Recruitment or similar roles
- Familiarity with Asana and/or other project management tools
- Familiarity with Google Suite
- Advanced excel knowledge and experience
- Ability to keep privileged information confidential and follow all established guidelines and policies
- Knowledge of general HR policies and compliance obligations
