Job Summary

A health intervention company is filling a position for a Remote Senior Human Resources Generalist in Richmond.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Partner with operation's lead, managers, and employees on HR related policies, programs, and procedures
• Partner with Talent Acquisition team to achieve staffing and retention optimization
• Strategize, implement and evaluate employee engagement initiatives

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Willing to travel within the VA region and assigned region of responsibility
• Occasional travel to MIA corporate office
• 5 plus years of HR generalist experience with a focus on employee relations and engagement initiatives
• Masters and or SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred
• Previous healthcare and/or correctional HR experience preferred
