Job Summary
A health intervention company is filling a position for a Remote Senior Human Resources Generalist in Richmond.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Partner with operation's lead, managers, and employees on HR related policies, programs, and procedures
- Partner with Talent Acquisition team to achieve staffing and retention optimization
- Strategize, implement and evaluate employee engagement initiatives
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Willing to travel within the VA region and assigned region of responsibility
- Occasional travel to MIA corporate office
- 5 plus years of HR generalist experience with a focus on employee relations and engagement initiatives
- Masters and or SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred
- Previous healthcare and/or correctional HR experience preferred
