Job Summary

A global bitcoin exchange is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Human Resources Generalist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Work through the daily assigned tasks within our HRIS & inquiries submitted
  • Draft policy and procedural documents like a pro
  • Function simultaneously as a project manager and subject matter expert

Required Skills:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience as an HR Generalist, HR Ops Specialist or equivalent
  • HR experience working with globally distributed, work-from-home teams
  • Demonstrated knowledge of US and international employment-related laws, regulations
  • Experience drafting employee handbooks & legally binding contracts and agreement
  • Proven ability to tackle HR projects and initiatives, on a global scale
  • Highly tech-savvy with an appreciation for privacy, security, “crypto values”, sound money
