Job Summary
An outsourced call center company has a current position open for a Remote Senior Human Resources Generalist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Handle Employee Relations, Compliance, and Talent Acquisition and Management
- Address employee conflicts and complete investigations as required
- Process onboarding of new employees
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related business degree or equivalent combination of education, experience and training
- 7+ years of progressive Human Resources experience
- Proven expertise in engagement and retention initiatives
- Excellent communication (written and verbal), and interpersonal skills
- Strong and organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in using MS Office
