Job Summary
A customer experience management platform company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Human Resources Information System Analyst.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Proactively reviewing the current configuration within Workday and providing suggestions for improvement
- Enabling change by identifying, designing, sizing, developing, and deploying solutions through Workday
- Documenting changes and training materials for end users
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Configuration experience covering Workday integrations, security, reporting, recruiting, core HCM, talent, etc
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Holds a growth mindset with an eye to scaling processes across the organization
- Strong attention to detail with an analytical approach to problem solving
- Excellent problem-solving skills
