Job Summary
A business and financial services company has an open position for a Remote Senior Human Resources Management System Analyst.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Driving operational system utilization by resolving or assigning HR and payroll user application support issues
- Creating change requests and direct support staff on HR/ Pay roll system configuration changes
- Completing functional testing by preparing test scripts and leading testing teams
Qualifications for this position include:
- Associates degree, BA or BS Degree, MIS or Computer Science
- 2 - 4+ years technical experience in HR, Payroll, or HRIS
- Workday, PeopleSoft, Oracle or SAP experience preferred
