An online retailer is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Human Resources Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Informing and driving the short and long term talent management plan and priorities
- Developing talent and building organizational and capability.
- Hiring and developing an outstanding HR Business Partner team
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelors Degree required in Human Resources Management or related field
- 10+ years of experience in an HR leadership role
- Broad knowledge and experience in human resource management
- Experience in increasing engagement, retention and development of HR teams
