Job Summary
A digital experience company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Human Resources Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Providing coaching and support to supervisors
- Actively interacting with supervisors and associates
- Ensuring that underperforming associates and supervisors meet client expectations
Qualifications Include:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent education and experience
- Five to ten years progressively responsible Human Resources Management roles
- Demonstrated skills in recruitment, employee relations, benefits, payroll administration and compensation
- Proficiency with various Windows programs, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Ability to ensure information is consistently reported to all employees regarding benefits, company policy, etc
- Ability to create local programs to attract, retain and engage employees
