Job Summary
A cybersecurity consulting firm is filling a position for a Remote Senior Human Resources Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Owning the following four HR services and independently executing on them: HR Strategy and Support by area; Team & Organizational Development; Transformation Management; and Workforce Insights & Planning
- Supporting Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success business partners and leaders by aligning the team’s people strategy with their business strategy
- Using HR data to understand existing process and identify areas for standardization and automation solutions
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 7+ years overall working experience in HR with 5 years as an HRBP or comparable role
- Demonstrated expertise in coaching, conflict resolution, influencing, relationship and team building
- Demonstrated superior verbal and written communication skills and leadership skills with the ability to lead a team
- Ability to use data in strategic consultation with senior leaders
- Experience implementing training programs
- Experience doing project management with the ability to drive multiple projects
