A financial services company is seeking a Remote Senior Human Resources Manager in Sarasota.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Providing expert coaching/consulting to leaders
  • Designing and applying change management and Organizational Development strategies
  • Partnering with leaders to drive a high-performance, continuous learning culture

Required Skills:

  • At least seven (7) years of talent management/recruiting/business partner/consulting experience
