Job Summary
A biopharmaceutical and life sciences company has an open position for a Remote Senior Human Resources Service Automation Specialist.
Must be able to:
- Drive the RPA program using quality assessment tools
- Review application specifications
- Assess candidate processes
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s Degree, or currently in pursuit of a degree, or equivalent relevant work experience
- 6 years’ experience in HR Technology or relevant IT related experience
- 2 years RPA development experience in RPA industry leading platforms
- Proven knowledge and understanding of the impact of digital innovation on the HR service delivery landscape
- Experience working with cloud-based service technology platforms
- Prior experience working as a functional expert with RPA
