Job Summary

A biopharmaceutical and life sciences company has an open position for a Remote Senior Human Resources Service Automation Specialist.

Must be able to:

  • Drive the RPA program using quality assessment tools
  • Review application specifications
  • Assess candidate processes

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, or currently in pursuit of a degree, or equivalent relevant work experience
  • 6 years’ experience in HR Technology or relevant IT related experience
  • 2 years RPA development experience in RPA industry leading platforms
  • Proven knowledge and understanding of the impact of digital innovation on the HR service delivery landscape
  • Experience working with cloud-based service technology platforms
  • Prior experience working as a functional expert with RPA
