Job Summary

A risk management services company is filling a position for a Remote Senior Human Resources Specialist in Chicago.

Must be able to:

• Provide advice and counsel on performance management issues
• Conduct investigations independently
• Respond to complex questions about HR policy/process

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3 plus years of experience coaching employees on HR policy
• Knowledgeable on employment laws and HR trends
• HR process improvement project experience
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
