Job Summary
An information technology company has a current position open for a Remote Senior Human Resources Systems Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Leading and setting priorities in the HR technology roadmap
- Ensuring data integrity and synchronization across all HR and downstream systems
- Managing ongoing and consistent data audit process
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s in Business, Computer Science, HR or related field; or equivalent education/experience
- 10+ years experience managing HR systems, preferably SaaS-based
- Advance Excel skill to perform data audit and analysis
- Solid understanding of end-to-end employee life cycle processes
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Documents, Sheets, Slides, etc)
- Knowledge of compliance requirements, specifically Sarbanes Oxley
