Job Summary
A senior living company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Human Services Recruiter.
Must be able to:
- Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers to stay abreast of current and future needs
- Advise managers and associates on recruiting policies and procedures
- Contact applicants to inform them of employment possibilities, consideration, and selection
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Occasional travel
- Bachelor’s Degree, five years direct experience in a healthcare-related function or equivalent combination
- Moderate to advanced computer experience and skill in usage of the internet and Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of basic HR policies and procedures
- Must meet all other listed company requirements
