Job Summary

A law firm is seeking a Remote Senior Immigration Paralegal.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Write and perform research for EB-1 petitions
  • Draft waiver applications and responses to requests for evidence for attorney review
  • Assist attorney with determining case strategy

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Candidates must have either a Bachelor's Degree
  • A paralegal certificate from an ABA approved paralegal program
  • 3-5 years of employment-based immigration experience
  • Candidates should possess strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
