Job Summary
A health insurance company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Implementation and Benefits Optimization Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Designing, organizing and lead processing improvement efforts throughout the benefit design and implementation lifecycle
- Supporting resource planning and project scoping activities necessary to implement new platform capabilities and clients
- Ensuring that overall benefit operations, as well as project-specific, performance metrics are in place and are effectively managed
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 4+ years of people leadership experience (direct or indirect)
- 6+ years of managing, driving and overseeing large projects and/or designing and executing process improvements
- Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt or comparable certification
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and complex projects
- Experience facilitating/leading requirements gathering processes
- Successful past application of Lean/Continuous Process Improvement concepts
