An education solutions provider has a current position open for a Remote Senior Implementation Programs Product Director.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Defining and analyzing usage metrics that signal behavioral patterns
- Defining an evolving approach to using embedded nudges to serve the bullet above
- Establishing and tracking product KPIs related to teacher's engagement and fidelity of implementation
Position Requirements Include:
- Ability to analyze data critical to role
- 7+ year's experience building and implementing systematic instructional design
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- BA/BS, MA/MS, or higher degree in instructional design, education, or related field
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple simultaneous deadlines
- Experience using a cultural and equity lens in change management and instructional design practices
