Job Summary
A venture-backed software development company is in need of a Remote Senior Implementation Services Engineer.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Guiding customers toward the successful adoption of the company's products based on customer’s needs
- Directing gathering technical customer requirements and developing a technical implementation plan
- Designing solutions and testing plans based on product capabilities to meet customer requirements
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in CS or MIS; or equivalent experience
- Strong Software Engineering skills
- Knowledge of database systems
- Experience working with ERP/CRM systems (SFDC, Zoho, Enerflo) and 3rd party APIs
- Proficient with typical architectures & technologies around integration, e.g. SSO, APIs (especially REST & JSON)
- Experience leading and crafting technical projects, engaging with, and motivating change across multiple levels of IT organizations
