Job Summary

A talent management solutions company is seeking a Remote Senior Implementation Specialist.

Must be able to:

  • Manage the data conversion process
  • Serve as the primary contact for the client during the implementation process
  • Serve as a project manager

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • One to two trips a quarter for 1-2 days each
  • Human Resources or HealthcareSource product experience
  • Expert user of MS Windows, Word, Excel, Project, and CSV file format
  • Expert knowledge of web related technology and terminology
  • 5 years of software implementation experience
