Job Summary
A financial institution is in need of a Remote Senior Incentive Consultant in Fort Washington.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Audit and validate results
- Develop models to determine incentive plan payouts
- Act as a senior team member and help to foster a strong team and improve skills of colleague
Position Requirements Include:
- Must be proficient with PPT and Excel as well as have a strong working knowledge of Access and Word
- Demonstrated ability to learn software/business intelligence tools
- Must be detail oriented with the ability to multi task
