Remote Senior Incident Response Engineer

Job Summary

A cybersecurity company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Incident Response Engineer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Documenting and maintaining automation workflows for Incident Response processes
• Monitoring and analyzing emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and exploits
• Participating in threat-hunting missions and remediating gaps that are identified

Required Skills:

• 5-7+ years of cyber security, incident response, or threat-hunting experience
• Extensive knowledge of Monitoring (SIEM) and Detection (EDR)
• Extensive knowledge of cloud platforms like Microsoft's Office 365/Azure or Amazon Web Services
• Knowledge of anti-forensics tactics, techniques, and procedures
• Highly skilled in analyzing memory dumps to extract information
• Strong written and verbal skills
