An automotive aftermarket parts company has a current position open for a Remote Senior Inclusion Manager.
Must be able to:
- Supervise 3 DEI Business Managers
- Build a safe and inclusive work environment
- Support talent management as needed
Position Requirements Include:
- College degree in a related field
- 3-5 years’ experience in all levels of project management/change management
- Recent experience in a diversity focused role
- Four-year degree or equivalent experience
- 6-8 years of strategy development and/or work in human resources or diversity & inclusion
- Experience developing end-to-end, scalable solutions for challenging problems
