A financial services company is seeking a Remote Senior Incubation Recruiter in San Francisco.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Owning the entire lifecycle of recruiting from kicking off a new search
  • Providing a seamless recruiting process for both candidates and hiring managers
  • Partnering with HRBPs, I&D, Talent Programs, Compensation, and Finance

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • An ability to pivot priorities, iterate strategies, and have a passion for agile environments
  • At least 8 years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience
  • 2+ years of experience partnering with hiring stakeholders
  • Experience building strategic partnerships with hiring teams and cross-functional team members
  • A desire and aptitude in building organizations that take into account holistic team composition
