Job Summary
A company which helps organizations collect, integrate, sort and distribute their mission-critical data is seeking a Remote Senior Information Developer.
Must be able to:
- Scope, design, and write effective user-centered content for one or more product areas
- Gather information, interpret business and technical designs, and organize materials for content projects
- Create plans and schedules for assigned products, product suites, and initiatives
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in technical communications, computer science, engineering, or related field
- 6 to 8 years of information development / technical writing experience in the software industry
- Familiarity with the DITA standard, structured authoring, and single-sourcing techniques
- Experience using an XML editor such as oXygen, xMetaL, or Arbortext Editor
- Expert knowledge of the English language
