Job Summary

A privately-held healthcare technology solutions company is in need of a Remote Senior Information Security Engineer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Analyzing and defining security requirements for moderate to complex IT issues
  • Designing, developing and implementing solutions to IT security requirements
  • Developing documentation to support ongoing security systems operations, maintenance and specific problem resolution

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 8 or more years’ experience in security system administration
  • 5+ years of experience with security compliance standards like HIPAA, HITRUST, PCI, SOC-2, FISMA, GDPR/Privacy Shield
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer information security/related field or equivalent experience
  • Possess programming and scripting skills (e.g C#, Perl, Java, Powershell, or Python)
