Remote Senior Information Security Engineer

Job Summary

A business analytics software and service provider has an open position for a Remote Senior Information Security Engineer.

Must be able to:

• Create and update documentation and train junior-level engineers
• Utilize analytical and investigative processes to perform threat hunting activities across the organization
• Analyze existing SIEM correlation rules and make tuning recommendations

Qualifications for this position include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field or
• Equivalent combination of related education, training and experience
• 8+ years of professional experience
• 5+ years of experience in an information security field
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
