Job Summary
A life insurance company has a current position open for a Remote Senior Information Security Engineer II.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Architecting, configuring, and helping deploy security tools managed by the Information Security Office
- Increasing Information Security Office Operational Team efficiency by introducing automation
- Providing guidance around IaaS, SaaS, and PaaS security best practices
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 5+ years with information security, operational IT security, security architecture, and supporting IT teams
- Application Automation – Ansible, API integration, SOAR
- Experience with cloud deployments with a focus on security
- Familiarity with security integration into the software development life-cycle and associated tools
- Familiarity with security tools such as Splunk, WAF, CASB, Microsoft ATP/Sentinel
- Basic understanding of operating systems, risks, and platform security measures
