Job Summary
An information technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Information Technology Client Engagement Manager.
Must be able to:
- Manage and grow an existing client portfolio spanning line of business
- Identify and pursue cross sell opportunities in conjunction with the sales organization
- Onboard and provide excellent service to new clients to our platform
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in a client-facing role, focused on the mid-to-enterprise level merchant base in a highly dynamic, fluid, and highly competitive environment
- History in managing and growing clients ranging from $30M to $80M in annual recurring revenue (ARR)
- Knowledge in the ecommerce ecosystem and specifically, the post purchase experience
- Solid foundation in logistics and cross border ecosystems
