Job Summary

An automotive company has a current position open for a Remote Senior Information Technology Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Identify the appropriate goals for the teams
  • Provide guidance for the team to support the strategic direction
  • Attract, recruit, retain and coach a strong team of skilled and engaged associates

Qualifications Include:

  • Persuasive communicator
  • Experience managing, training and mentoring others in Technology software development
  • Experience gaining consensus among a large, diverse group of stakeholders
  • 7+ years of experience in IT with 5+ years of application systems development and implementation
  • BS/BA degree - Technology related
  • 3+ years of experience required leading software projects leveraging Agile practices
