Job Summary
A telecommunications and IT services firm is filling a position for a Remote Senior Information Technology Network Solutions Engineer.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Providing complex conceptual and tactical solutions to customers networking requirements
- Managing a work queue of provisioning orders and meeting metric performance for all tasks
- Acting as SME on future SDWAN/IP related projects
Qualifications for this position include:
- Associate degree or
- Equivalent education or relevant experience
- 5-7 years related experience in specific area or equivalent
- Ability to conduct quality audits to ensure consistent and effective use of process
- Ability to train existing staff and new hires
- Ability to manage strategic planning across multiple teams/stakeholders
