Job Summary

A cloud communications platform developer has an open position for a Remote Senior Information Technology Recruiter.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Owning the hiring process end to end from sourcing to offer roll-out
• Sourcing, screening, and managing candidates through the recruiting and hiring process
• Recruiting new hires, including screening resumes, conducting phone screens, and initiating background checks

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience recruiting for SaaS companies
• Demonstrated experience with the complete recruiting life cycle including sourcing, qualifying, and assessing candidates
• Experience working with executives and function leaders
