A startup company is filling a position for a Remote Senior Information Technology Support Engineer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Troubleshooting a complex customer issue
  • Helping and educating people who use our flagship product
  • Teaching end users how to use features

Required Skills:

  • Advanced knowledge of MySQL Clustering and Replication
  • 5 years experience with MySQL in production environments
  • Experience with database design, administration and architecture
  • Experience with NoSQL databases in production environments
  • Experience with AWS and/or OpenStack administration in production environments
  • 3 years experience with Linux systems administration
