Job Summary
An apparel company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Infrastructure as a Service Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Manage Infrastructure in both on-prem and public cloud environments
- Engineer enterprise class compute platforms and supporting systems
- Manage a team of 15-20 professionals in a fast-moving global company
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- After onsite training and orientation, will work remote in the Pacific time zone and be in Portland for one week of every month
- Understanding and ability to administer all different Infrastructure verticals
- Good understanding of Public Cloud migration, DevOps practices, and Infrastructure as code
- Experience creating actionable strategy and in delivering high quality, effective and supportable platform and infrastructure solutions
- Exceptional, leading edge knowledge of key technologies
