Job Summary

A software engineering company has an open position for a Remote Senior Infrastructure Engineer.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Collaborating across teams to consolidate and simplify DevOps tools and services
  • Building libraries, modules, and packages for other infrastructure engineers to integrate with their projects
  • Developing Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) processes to help deliver software of higher quality at greater speed

Qualifications Include:

  • Ability to conduct all work within the U.S. and complete additional background screenings at the time of hire or any time thereafter as requested
  • 4+ years of experience coding or operating production systems
  • Experience automating infrastructure, testing, or deployments of a web-based application with tools like Jenkins, Ansible, Terraform or Packer
  • Experience with DevOps Tooling (Terraform/Ansible/AWS) Monitoring (Prometheus/Grafana) Container Orchestration Developer
  • Understanding of basic networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, UDP, routing, load balancing
  • 2+ years experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or Microsoft Azure
