Job Summary
A company that provides software as a service for website building and hosting is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Infrastructure Engineer.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Architecting and building scalable infrastructure using Terraform, Kubernetes, and Docker
- Improving development and deployment processes
- Working on our high-performance web hosting infrastructure in Lua
Qualifications Include:
- Experience in engineering scalable, multi-tier environments using Amazon Web Services or Google Cloud Platform
- Deep, hands-on knowledge of container orchestration and infrastructure management tools
- Strong TCP/IP networking abilities
- Previous experience in either Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Chef, Puppet, or Ansible
- Familiarity with open source configuration, orchestration, and CI/CD tools
- Experience working in a 24/7 production engineering organization
