Job Summary

A cloud-based computing software firm is filling a position for a Remote Senior Infrastructure Software Engineer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Optimize and improve existing infrastructure
  • Own all aspects of implementation for features from design to development
  • Design and build systems that are scalable, highly available, and easily maintainable

Qualifications Include:

  • Hands-on programming experience with many AWS APIs and technologies
  • Experience in configuring and developing with MySQL
  • 5+ years of commercial software development in Java
  • Experience with scripting such as Linux Shell, Python
  • Current hands-on development experience with open-source technologies
  • Experience with Immutable Infrastructure and Infrastructure as Code patterns
