Job Summary
A community fitness and health management company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Innovation Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Participating in idea curation and prioritization
- leading discovery to gather critical information in collaboration with key internal / external stakeholders
- Drafting potential solutions for evaluation including value proposition and business value
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor's degree or advanced degree/MBA strongly preferred
- 5 or more years’ experience in health or wellness industry with a minimum of 5 years in product design/development, operations and/or account management
- Ability to interface with internal and external customers to set expectations and determine deliverables
- Strong research, analytical, and communication (written and verbal) skills
- Capacity to think analytically and process differing opinions logically
- Ability to manage own time and deliverables within tight timelines and with minimal guidance/oversight
