Job Summary

A staffing agency has an open position for a Remote Senior Installation Engineer in Pittsburgh.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Designing and installing a new DCS platform to replace an existing DCS, PLC or hard wired control systems
  • Developing and managing the IO database
  • Identifying and updating impacted plant drawings

Qualifications Include:

  • Site installation
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent and a minimum of 7 years of related experience
  • Experience with power and grounding, field termination drawings and marshalling schemes
  • Ability to interpret and revise electrical schematic drawings
  • Experience with field instrumentation, conduit and cable schedules
  • Familiarity with Ovation, WDPF and other DCS and PLC manufacturers I/O
