Job Summary
A corporate training company is in need of a Remote Senior Instructional Designer.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Designing and developing instruction to match defined objectives and target audience
- Creating complimentary instructor lead training including exercises, role plays, simulations, and job aids
- Interviewing subject matter experts and conducting external research for content
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Must be able to set vision and drive tactical execution
- Experience with structured writing techniques and modular content development processes
- Must have polished communication skills, active listener, and ability to synthesize high level information
- Experience writing scenario-based, narrative-driven, interactive, multimedia web-based courseware
- Must have strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledgable of instructional design and adult learning principles and best practices
