Job Summary

A wireless communications company has a current position open for a Remote Senior Instructional Designer.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Develops courseware with features including content, interactivity, graphics, audio, narration, animation and video
• Conducts needs analysis, designs and develops various training programs and tools for instructor led training, webinars and performance support
• Leads coordination and distribution of training communications

Required Skills:

• Travel up to 10%
• Bachelor's Degree in related field, or equivalent with professional designation preferred
• Typically a minimum five to seven years educational design/development and training experience
• Certifications in graphic design, desktop publishing, web design, adult learning, instructional design, or other learning-related discipline
• Strong analytical skills
