Job Summary
A workforce solutions company is seeking a Remote Senior Instructional Designer.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Converting technical documents, concepts, and information into adult learning content
- Interviewing subject matter experts to develop appropriate content
- Developing multimedia elements including but not limited to graphics, animations and videos
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in ISD, Distance Education, Training or related field or 10 years equivalent work experience
- A minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible work experience developing and presenting adult learning programs
- 3 years’ experience in instructional design and web based instructional technology
- A minimum of 5 years creating multimedia elements including graphics, animations, and videos
