A company that provides specialty risk solutions to clients worldwide has an open position for a Remote Senior Instructional Designer .
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Developing full program curricula, learning architectures, learning plans, and competencies
- Assessing training needs and identify corresponding performance gaps
- Creating storyboards for media and online solutions including audio and video scripts
Position Requirements Include:
- Graduate level degree preferred in instructional design
- Proven working experience in designing learning solutions that measurably improve performance
- Expert in adult learning theory and principles of instructional design
- Ability to thoughtfully apply the use of technology to enhance the learning process
- Experience creating robust programs with multiple modalities
- Working knowledge of digital learning environments
